My Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and grounded in what actually works. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, solution-focused therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples — and I tailor every session to fit your unique needs, goals, and pace.
Who I Work With
I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and perinatal mental health challenges — including the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. If you've been waiting for a sign that it's okay to ask for help, consider this it.
